Imagine the perfect town in which to live. What would it be like? Located on a magnificent river?
Would it have good access to Montreal, Toronto, and New York? A hop skip and a jump to Ottawa?
A small city with lots of amenities? A tranquil rural setting or a friendly, family neighbourhood?
I believe we’ve found all that and more right here in Brockville. Since re-locating to Brockville in 2009 with my husband, Erik, and our two dogs, I have taken every opportunity to embrace and be a part of this community.
Sitting on the Executive of the Brockville Newcomers’ Club (and setting up their first website) has allowed me to meet many new people. People who have made Brockville their new home.
Being a member of the Board of Directors of the Volunteer Bureau lets me give back to the community. An avid tennis player, I devoted my time to helping kids at the summer tennis camp at the Y and started tennis lessons for adults.
When not busy working I can be found Xcountry skiing in the winter, playing tennis in the summer and walking my dogs all year round.
It’s why I have continued my career in real estate right here in Brockville. It’s why I’ve elected to continue that career with Royal LePage, a wholly owned Canadian company.
Your home is an expression of you. You’re not just buying a house, you are buying a home, a lifestyle, a future. Selling that home is giving a small part of yourself, a place memories were made. I understand it’s an emotional and exciting time.
My fifteen years experience as a realtor are ready to go to work for you. I’ve helped people, just like you, through the emotional roller coaster. From walking their dog in the rain on moving day to driving sixty kilometers to get mortgage documents delivered, I’ve done it.
Handing the keys of a new home to first time buyers or waving good-bye to sellers who are moving to a new life makes it worth while. The smiles on their faces say it all.
